O R D E R

Petitioner in an agency providing employees to the respondent - departments, on outsourcing basis in terms of the agreement dated 12.10.2017. Dispute arising out of the said contractual obligation, is assailed in the present writ petition.

Admittedly, the contract period under the agreement dated 12.10.2017, expired on 30.06.2018 and there is no further extension of the said contract.

When the contract period expired, no direction, as sought for by the petitioner, can be granted in this writ petition and it is open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law in respect of his grievance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the security deposit of the petitioner is lying with the respondents. In view of the same, petitioner is at liberty to make application to the respondents and on filing of such application, the competent authority, is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law.

With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
