THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.713 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33004 of 2015 dated 09.10.2015.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order is complied with. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to verify with the client with regard to the compliance of order and liberty shall be given to the petitioner, in case of noncompliance of the order, to submit a representation to the respondents.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents, in case of non-compliance of the order. No order as to costs.
