Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 is not filing the final report by completing the investigation in crime No.246 of 2014.

3. Instructions of the learned government pleader, on the contrary, state that during the course of investigation in the said crime, no one has given evidence supporting the complaint and after thorough enquiry, the case was referred as false as per permission obtained from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, East Sub-Division, Visakhapatnam. It is also stated that the notice regarding the said final report is also stated to heave been served on the petitioner on 01.10.2014 and the said final report together with the copy of the served notice is stated to have been filed before the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhpatnam in DDRNo.8081 dated 11.11.2014.

4. In view of that, the entire final report having been filed before the court concerned, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
