HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17108 of 2015 Date: 17.06.2015 Between:

Mantheni Rajendar & others.

... Petitioners And State of Telangana, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad & others.

... Respondents

This Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17108 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed assailing the intimation dated 11.05.2015 given by

the appellate authority, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapally, informing the petitioner, the appellant in the case, that the matter would not be reopened for filing of written arguments.

Upon receiving instructions, the learned Assistant Government Pleader informed this Court that the final order was already prepared and would be communicated to the parties.

Perusal of the impugned intimation under Memo dated 11.05.2015 reflects that the case was posted for orders on 31.03.2015. As the appellate authority is now on the verge of pronouncing final orders, this Court feels no purpose would be served in entertaining this writ petition. All issues raised by the petitioners herein are left open and it would be open to them to raise the same in future, if warranted, in the event the appeal is decided against their interest. Subject to the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
