Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the record.

This Criminal Revision Case is disposed of by this Court on 12.01.2024. The sentence of imprisonment against the petitioner has been set off subject to the condition that the petitioner is granted nine (09) months to pay the compensation amount of Rs.31.00 lakhs to the respondent No.1. In default, the petitioner shall suffer simple imprisonment for three months as ordered by the Court below.

Thereafter, I.A.Nos.1, 2 and 3 of 2025 are filed by the petitioner before this Court for extension of time for depositing the amount in

terms of judgment dated 12.01.2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1085 of 2016. This Court has allowed the said I.A.s granting further extension of time as sought for. In I.A.No.3 of 2025, it was specifically observed that the time is extended for four weeks from that date of the order and no further extension of time will be granted under any circumstances.

Even then, now, by filing I.A.No.4 of 2025, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further extension of time for payment of balance amount of Rs.6,00,000/-. He also stated he filed a memo vide S.R.No.4816 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025 along with the DD that as per the orders in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in I.A.No.2 of 2025, he has deposited Rs.5,00,000/- out of balance of Rs.11,00,000/- (third installment) vide Banker's cheque No.910422 dated 30.05.2025. The said amount was credited to C.C.No.60 of 2012 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge - cum - II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally on 30.05.2025 and balance of Rs.6.00 lakhs is pending and would seek final extension of time stating that the petitioner is aged about 76 years and has been procuring the funds with great difficulty to comply with the order passed by this Court and requested to extend the order by this month end and further submitted that if the order passed by this Court is not complied by the petitioner, the imprisonment shall be enforced against the petitioner herein.

-2Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is considered fit to extend the time up to 31.07.2025 for payment of remaining Rs.6.00 lakhs.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
