Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court vide t order dated 20.07.2016, has passed the following interim order:- "As the petitioner claifirsthat the amounts due are under admitted bills, there shall be a direction to the respondent authorities to verify and quantify the amounts due to the petitioner in terms of the works admitted and such undisputed amounts, if any, shall be paid to petitioners within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the interim order dated 20.07.2OL6, the respondent authorities paid the admitted billed amount to the petitioners and submits that no further orders are required in the. Writ Petition. However, further submits that to the extent of claiming interest amount, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy as available under law.

Learned Government Pleader's appearing for the respondents has not disputed the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is closed and to the extent of
claiming interest, if otherwise eligible, liberty is granted to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy as available under law. 5.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
