The revision case, filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioner, is directed against the docket order, dated 20-03-2017 in C.C.No.369 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Armoor. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a letter, dated 25-07-2017 is filed before the Registry for permission to withdraw the revision case as instructed by the revision petitioner. Accordingly, the matter is listed under the caption 'for withdrawal'. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication and permission may be accorded to withdraw the revision case. Permission is accorded.
