When the matter was called on 31.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed after one week. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
