HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2191 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioners - plaintiffs, challenging the order, dated 29.03.2016, passed in I.A. No.197 of 2015 in O.S. No.148 of 2013, by the V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, whereby the petition filed by the respondent - defendant under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to direct the petitioners - plaintiffs to deposit the re-conveyance agreement amount of Rs.30,00,000/- with interest @ 36% before the trial Court from the date of agreement i.e., 31.05.2010 till the date of deposit, was allowed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, the original suit bearing No.148 of 2013, itself was dismissed for default by the trial Court on 08.06.2018. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
