HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1259 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court dated 28.10.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.45408 of 2016 in W.P.No.36871 of 2016.

Pursuant to the said order, now an endorsement is made on 23.03.2017 referring to the Order of this Court. In view of the same, the present contempt case cannot be prosecuted. It is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the pending writ petition.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
