This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their respective houses, situated at Maddirala Colony, Guntur Town, Guntur District, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that they will follow due process of law before taking any action against the petitioners. Recording the aforesaid submission, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to dispossess the petitioners without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
