Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to make a representation to the respondents for appropriate relief. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

It is open to the petitioner to make a representation for redressal of his grievance within a period of two weeks from today and if any such representation is made, we hope and trust that the respondents shall consider the representation in proper perspective, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of its presentation.
