Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of respondents on the petitioners' AP Online application dated 24.10.2016 submitted for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries on field connected to the land admeasuring Ac.3.14 cents in survey number 495/1 of Mogilicherla Revenue Village in Lingasamudram Mandal of Prakasam District amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and BSO 34A and 34B of Andhra Pradesh Board of Revenue Standing Orders and consequently direct the respondents to conduct survey and fix the boundaries on field connected to their aforesaid lands." 3.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.10.2016 made by the petitioners through online, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the same is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.10.2016 made by the petitioners through online seeking to conduct survey in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3.14 cents in survey number 495/1 of Mogilicherla Revenue Village in Lingasamudram Mandal of Prakasam District, in accordance with law, subject to the petitioners producing all the documents establishing his right and title over the property, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
