This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 10.08.2016 in I.A.No.369 of 2016 in O.S.No.337 of 2016 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that initially the petitioner was shown as defendant No.4 in O.S.No.337 of 2016 and subsequently his name was struck off. He further submitted that the petitioner herein has filed a petition under Order I Rule 10 C.P.C. to implead him as one of the defendants in O.S.No.337 of 2016. He also submitted that no S.R. number was given to the petition filed by the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, is hereby directed to dispose of the application, if any filed by the petitioner, under Order I Rule 10 C.P.C., in O.S.No.337 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
