THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10672 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide electricity connection to the building bearing H.No.3-5-807, situated at Hyderguda, Gunfoundary, Hyderabad, without insisting upon Occupancy Certificate from the 4th respondent. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 26.04.2019, passed by this Court in WP.No.9179 of 2019, and the same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation within a period of six months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.9179 of 2019, dated 26.04.2019.
