THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4471 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 22.07.2016 in I.A.No.741 of 2016 in O.S.No.739 of 2011 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file a similar type of application along with the Oppandapatram dated 29.12.2009 before the trial Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
