Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of houses bearing Nos.4-180 and 4-181 of Janakpur Village, Asifabad Gram Panchayat, Asifabad Mandal, Komurambheem Asifabad District. According to petitioner, she has been in possession and enjoyment of the said property for several decades. While so, the respondent authorities are threatening to evict her and demolish the houses constructed on the ground that the subject land is classified as 'Grama Kantam' and petitioner is in illegal occupation of Grama Kantam land. The grievance of the petitioner is against the revenue authorities, but not against the Gram Panchayat. 3.

The Tahsidar, Asifabad Mandal, vide his letter in Rc.No.A/10/2018, dated 19.03.2018, addressed to learned Government Pleader for Revenue informs him that the revenue authorities are not interfering with the above said houses. 4.

In view of the said statement of the Tahsildar, Asifabad Mandal, which is taken on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of as no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
