Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 4.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 20.08.2014, as illegal and arbitrary.
It appears that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended on vague and uncertain grounds.
Hence, the impugned order dated 20.08.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent is suspended and the respondents are directed to release the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner, pending enquiry under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act by the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
