HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 18456 of 2016 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 14.06.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.18400 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 25.05.2016. Till then, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps including dispossession of the petitioners from the subject land. No order as to costs.

Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.18400 of 2016, dated 14.06.2016.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
