Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

2. This Court through order dated 01/11/2013 directed the respondents to process the application of the petitioner for grant of financial assistance for up-gradation, modernization of technology for setting up of Food Processing Industries.

3. The respondents, it is stated at the time of hearing that they have rejected the case of petitioner. The petitioner has already availed the legal remedy. For the present the cause of action in the writ petition does not survive.

4. The writ petition is dismissed by reserving the right of the petitioner to urge the rejection order within the four corners of law. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
