THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.11927 of 2005 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief/s:- ....it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned Notice in Rc.No.L3/12479/2005 dated 114-2005 issued by the 1st Respondent, proposing to sell away the lands other than public action belonging to Sri Parvathi Rama Lingeswara Swamy Temple, Penamaluru Mandal, Krishna District in RS.No.161/3 to an extent of Acres 3.77 Cents, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to Rule IV of G.O.Ms. No. 379, REV. (Endowments-I) dated 11-3-2003 of the A.P.
Charitable and Hindu Religious institutions and Endowments Lease of Agricultural lands rules 2003 and contrary to Section 82, 83 and 84 of the Act, and in violation of principles of natural justice when the petitioner is continuing as tenant of the lands by paying lease amounts regularly and consequently set aside the same and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and that therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as no cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
