HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.8843 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction of 2nd respondent in disposing of representation dated 01.02.2018 for protecting heritage property.

Since the grievance of petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not taking decision on representation dated 01.02.2018, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order: The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit the representation dated 01.02.2018 along with copy of this order before the 2nd respondent within two weeks from today. The 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of petitioner dated 01.02.2018 and communicate the decision within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
