This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.5 in non-payment of amounts claimed by the petitioner relating to the works executed by it under Agreement No.SE/IC/KNL/12/2011-12, dt.22.7.2011.

At the hearing, Mr. Kartik Pavan Kumar, learned counsel, representing Mr. S. Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have paid the bills to the petitioner and thereby its grievances stood redressed.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.50609 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
