HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4636 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, requesting to grant regular bail to accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.30 of 2017 of Tuni Railway Police Station. The only submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that before filing of the charge sheet, the V-Additional Sessions Judge, incharge of I-Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajamahendravaram, dismissed the bail application filed by the petitioners on 29.05.2017 with an observation that investigation was not completed, and, therefore, learned counsel requests to dispose of the criminal petition with liberty to renew the request before the court below. Acceding to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to renew the request before the I-Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajamahendravaram.
