Heard Sri N.Jayasurya, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Co-operation (Telangana State), Sri M.Jagannatha Sharma, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and also the party-in-personrespondent No.5. In view of consensus expressed by all the parties before the Court, the writ petition is disposed of with the following order:
The writ petitioner herein shall make an application under Section 119 of the Telangana Co-operative Societies Act indicating the records required for his verification by tomorrow i.e., 22.3.2018. On filing the said application, the respondent No.4 shall permit the petitioner herein to verify such records.
After verifying the records, the petitioner herein shall point out the documents required by him for submission of the objections, if any, before the concerned authorities. On such specification, the respondent No.4 shall furnish the said records, subject to availability. Thereafter, it shall be open to the petitioner herein to avail the provisions of Rule 22 of the Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 for submitting objections to the Registrar
of Co-operative Societies for consideration of the said authority.
