Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Corporation. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of grievance petitioner herein submitted a representation on 25.01.2018 to the respondents herein, but no action has been taken on the said representation so far and eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the above said representation dated 25.01.2018. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that the said representation, if any is pending, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law.

Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to verify the representation dated 25.01.2018 filed by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from today.
