Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring inaction on the part of respondents 1 to 3 herein on the petitioner's legal notice dated: 02-08-2016 issued to the respondents 1 to 3 herein for issuance of the death certificates of the petitioner's father late Karamtoth Harilal, S/o. Karamtoth Leemya died on 15-11-2000 at the petitioner's house in Brahmanandapuram and for the death of the petitioner's mother Late. Karamtoth Peekli, W/o. Late.

Karamtoth Harilal died on 10-02-1993 at the petitioner's house in Brahmanandapuram, Pasuvemula Village, Macharla Mandal, Guntur District for the purpose of land registration and for obtaining succession certificates basing on the enquiry reports dated: 12-01-2015 submitted by the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Macharla Mandal and written statements of VRO, Pasuvemula Village, Macharla Mandal dated 2912-2014 as illegal, irregular and irrational and violative of articles 14 and 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to issue death certificates of petitioner's father Late. Karamtoth Harilal, S/o. Late. Karamtoth Leemya died on 15-11-2000 at the petitioner's house in Brahmanandapuram Village and death certificate of petitioner's mother Late. Karamtoth Peekli, w/o. Late.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a request on 02.08.2016 to the 2nd respondent for issuance of the death certificate of his father, the same is not considered till date.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that there is a procedure contemplated for issuance of the Death Certificate and if the petitioner fulfils all the requirements, he will be entitled for to obtain the death certificate, however, submits that the authorities will pass appropriate orders on the representation made. 5.

Having regard to the circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation/Legal Notice, dated 02.08.2016 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of Death Certificate, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
