HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1800 of 2018 ORDER: (ORAL) After advancing some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision petition, to take steps to move application before the trial Court for clubbing of O.S.Nos.245 of 2011 and 76 of 2013. He fairly concedes that, till date, no such steps have been taken. In the circumstances, the civil revision petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to file an application for the aforesaid purpose as per law. On filing such application, the trial Court shall decide the same, by giving opportunity to both sides, as per law. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, stand closed.
