ORDER:

This revision is directed against an order of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kandukur dated 11.06.2009 dismissing I.A.No.477 of 2009 in O.P.No.126 of 2006.

2. During the hearing of this revision, it was brought to the notice of this Court that apart from the present I.A., two other applications, being I.A.No.476 of 2009 and I.A.No.478 of 2009, were also dismissed, against which CRP.Nos.4032 and 4034 of 2009 were preferred and by order of this Court dated 25.02.2010, both the said revision petitions were allowed. In terms of the said order, the civil revision petition is allowed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
