It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court dated 22.09.2017 in W.P.No.32104 of 2017 and same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri B.Narasimha Sarma, learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent.

Admittedly, the petitioner was acquitted by the Principal Special Judge, SPE & ACB Court, Hyderabad in C.C.No.7/2010 by Judgment dated 08.12.2014. Though, the ACB authorities filed Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 08.12.2014, same is pending and no orders are passed.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the competent authority-2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2018 in terms of judgment dated 22.09.2017 in W.P.No.32104 of 2017 and take action for release of pension and terminal benefits of the petitioner. Said exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.

Let a copy of order in WP No.32104 of 2017, dated 17.01.2018 be annexed with this order.
