OFFICE NOTE 12.02.2025 JSR, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed invoking the provisions of Section 16-A of the Writ Rules seeking permission to implead the petitioners as party respondents i.e., respondent Nos.5 and 6 in the writ petition.

Sri P. Giri Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the proposed respondents are very much necessary parties for adjudication of the writ petition.

Sri T. Rajasekhar Rao, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing on behalf of the official respondents submit that they have no objection for allowing the application.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out

necessary corrections in the cause title.
