to clarification/modification/deletion of the common order, dated 06.04.2026 passed in Crl.P.Nos.4730 and 4738 of 2026.
Heard.
This Court vide common order, dated 06.04.2026 granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a direction to surrender before the Station House Officer, Karkhana Police Station, Secunderabad, within two weeks from today. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are staying in United States of America and it is not possible for them to appear before the Station House Officer concerned within the time specified by this Court .
Accordingly, the common order, dated 06.04.2026 passed by this is Court is modified as follows:
i) The petitioners in the event of their arrest shall surrender before the Station House Officer concerned and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners on bail on their execution of personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each.
ii) On such release, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on every Monday for a period of eight (8) weeks for the purpose of investigation or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier and thereafter, as and when required.
iii) The petitioners shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 482 (2) of BNSS and cooperate with the investigation officer in investigating of the case.
With the above modifications, these two applications are ordered.
Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue order copy afresh to the parties concerned immediately.
