Sri V. Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter, dated 07.03.2017, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy against the order of rejection. Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
