This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused in Crime No.488 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Pahadisharief Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 307 and 324 read with 34 I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
