In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused No.4 seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.428 of 2012 on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C. (Crime No.276 of 2012 of Ghatkesar Police Station).

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner is present and learned Public Prosecutor produced letter, dated 28.06.2018, of Sub-Inspector of Police, Ghatkesar Police Station and submitted that the case has been compromised before Lok Adalat on 28.04.2015 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.428 of 2012, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed as such.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
