When the matter came up for hearing on 23.03.2018, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted on 02.04.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, none appears for the petitioner though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
