This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by A.P. Transmission Corporation and its officers requesting to issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ and quash the Award, dated 04.02.2016, in ID.no.227 of 2003, passed by the Chairman-cum-Presiding Officer of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Ananthapuramu. 2.
I have heard the submissions of Smt. K. Udaya Sri, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners, of the learned Government Pleader for Labour appearing for the 1st respondent, and of Sri S.D. Gowd, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. I have perused the material record. 3.
At the time of hearing of this writ petition along with WP.No.7857 of 2017, a joint representation is made that the subject matters and issues covered by the two petitions are one and the same though the employees/respective 2nd respondents are different individuals; and, in-fact common submissions were made in both the writ petitions.

Today, this Court by a detailed order disposed of the other writ petition, WP.No.7857 of 2017. Hence, for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the said order, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the order passed in the said writ petition.
There shall be no order as to costs.
