C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the aFfldavit filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petition e r/Accused on bail in the event of arrest in FIR.No.509 of 2019 dated 07/7012019 P.S Panjagutta Hyderabad City, The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dt. 20-08-2020 and order dt. l2-1O-2O20 in IA No. 1 of 2020 and upon hearing the arguments of SR!.G.RAJESHWAR RAO Advocate for the Petitioner and ASST.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
This application is filed seeking extension of time to surrender before the station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, as per the orders in Crl,P,No.3333 of 2O2O dated 20.08.2O2O, This Court, vide order dated 20,08.2020 in Crl.P.No.3333 of 2020/ has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on celtain conditions, including the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, within a period of four weeks from the date of order i.e., 20.08.2020, The petitioner has filed LA.No.1 of 2020 seeking extension of said time on the ground that he underwent surgery. The said IA was allowed on 12'1O'2O2O granting two weeks' time from 12,10.2020,
Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present application seeking extension of further time on the ground that the petitioner underwent surgery and he is on medication/treatment, as such, he could not comply with the said order. In support of the same, he has filed copies of medical reports, On perusal of the medical reports would reveal that the petitioner is suffering with dehydration and he underwent surgery of 'feeding jejunostomy'. In proof of the same, the petitioner filed medical certificates issued by Bristlecone Hospital, Hyderabad and Tricolour Hospital, Hydera bad, Considering the said facts, the time granted in the order dated 2O,O8.2020 in Crl,P.No,3333 of 2020, which was extended vide order dated 12,LO,2O2O, is extended two more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.
