When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent has passed orders on 12.04.2018 pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 08.11.2017. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12.04.2018 passed by the respondent, he is at liberty to challenge the same before appropriate Court.
