2nd respondent - Telangana State Public Service Commission issued notification No.14/2017 dated 02.06.2017 inviting applications from qualified candidates for the post of Trained Graduate Teachers (Social Studies) in Residential Educational Institution Societies. Petitioner applied pursuant to the said notification and she was issued H.T.No.1714801987. Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering her representation dated 17.01.2018 for rectification of mistakes in bubbling, as stated above, and in not evaluating the answer sheets, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent - Telangana State Public Service Commission, represented that in cases where selections were not finalized, applications for rectification for wrong bubbling as claimed by the petitioner, can be considered, but where selections were finalized, no action can be taken, because entire procedure has been completed. In view of the facts and circumstances and the representation of the learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to

take a decision in the matter. Hence, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2018 in accordance with law.
