Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Satyam Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that negotiations are going on between the petitioner and the respondent authorities and unless the petitioner expresses her consent for undertaking the subject work, the respondents will not proceed further. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of.
