W.P.M.P.No.39743 of 2016 is filed by the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Heard.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of W.P.M.P.No.39743 of 2016, permission for withdrawal of the writ petition is accorded.

Accordingly, W.P.M.P.No.39743 of 2016 is ordered. Consequently, W.P.No.16656 of 2004 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
