Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring in Survey No.23/ A of Govardhanagiri Village, Veldurthy Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, it is urged by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners submitted their explanation on 15.12.2016 pursuant to the show cause notice issued to them, but, till date no orders are passed. It is the grievance of the petitioners that without passing any orders, respondent-authorities are trying to dispossess them from the land in dispute.

Having regard to the above, respondent-authorities shall not dispossess the petitioners from the land in question till passing of the orders to the notice dated 25.11.2016 issued by respondent No.3.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of 7.
