It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent has paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards costs as directed by this Court in its order dt.28-09-2016 in W.P.No.26350 of 2016. 2.

In this view of the matter, I see no reason to punish the respondent for contempt of Court. Therefore, the bailable warrant issued on 02-06-2017 for appearance of the respondent is recalled. 3.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
