HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2696 OF 2022 O R D E R:
This criminal petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to release the petitioners/A2 and A3 on bail in Crime No.30 of 2022 on the file of the Police Station Shanthinagar, Jogulamba Gadwal District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 146, 147, 148, 149, 341 and 307 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (I.P.C.) 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The brief facts of the case petitioners is that, on 16.03.2022 at 07:00 P.M., a complaint was received by M. Srinivasulu stating that on the same day at 5:00 P.M., when he along with some other persons reached Shanti Nagar, the accused party and others have obstructed their vehicles, attacked them keeping old grudges in mind and A1 allegedly beat the de facto complainant with sticks and in the said quarrel, both sides received injuries. The said attack and
counter attack are subject matters of two FIRs registered in the same Police Station as case and counter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are no specific overt acts attributed to the petitioners herein, which is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor. It is stated that the injured were treated as outpatient and they are cured of their injuries. It is further stated that the marriage of the daughter of petitioner/A2 is scheduled to be performed on 27.03.2022. 5.
Taking into consideration that the fight was amongst two groups and that the injured were treated as outpatients, bail can be granted to the petitioners, on the condition that the petitioners shall not in any manner indulged in any such activity. 6.
Therefore, the petitioners shall be released on bail on their executing personal bonds for Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand only) each with two sureties each for likesum. The petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, Shanthi Nagar Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, on every Saturday for a period of two months starting from 08.04.2022.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
