HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.17196 OF 2016 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of the 1st respondent in not releasing 400 KV additional load on the existing service connection SC No.1200102789 to the petitioner's premises. It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by an order dated 18.12.2015 of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2015. In the said order, it was observed that the respondents shall release individual service connections to the members on payment of requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the said order.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is allowed in accordance with and in terms of the order dated 18.12.2015 of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

A copy of the order dated 18.12.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2015 may be tagged to this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
