This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C seeking to withdraw O.P.No.46 of 2017 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Rajampet, YSR Kadapa District and transfer the same to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. Sri Nagender, counsel representing Sri Venkat S.K the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Tr.CMP is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Tr.CMP, shall stand closed.
