This criminal petition is filed, seeking for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.38 of 2011, against the petitioners, who are A2, A5 and A6, on the file of the Station House Officer, Raidurg Police Station, Cyberabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo along with a compromise deed dated 09.02.2011 entered into between the petitioners and the respondent arriving at a compromise with the defacto complainant - respondent that there will not be any dispute between the parties to the compromise in future and that the defacto complainant is willing to give statement before the Enquiry Officer. 3.

Both the counsel confirm the terms of compromise as recorded in the compromise deed appended to this application. In view of the above, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in Cr.No.38 of 2011, against the petitioners, who are A2, A5 and A6, on the file of the Station House Officer, Raidurg Police Station, Cyberabad, are hereby quashed.
