It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner will submit a representation/ application before the Board of Directors of 1st respondent-APSFC for their consideration. Recording the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of keeping it open to the petitioner to make appropriate representation / application for onward transmission of the same to the Board of Directors of 1st respondent-Corporation within a period of one (1) week from today. If any such application/ representation is made, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken as per law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
