This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Acl, L971, is filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order, dated 06.L2.202L, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15167 of 202L, as modified by order, dated 29.04.2022.

Heard Sri Ch. Jagannatha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that the order, dated 06.12.202t, passed by this Court in W.P.No.15167 of 202L, as modified by order, dated 29.04.2022, has been complied with and therefore, the Contempt Case can be closed. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
